We pride ourselves on our strong customer relationships and premium brands, working with domestic customers, designers, and contractors, as well as major retail partners.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive outlook to become a key member of our busy Consumer Customer Service team, supporting our prestige brands and helping us deliver excellent service.
The role combines customer service, order management, and proactive sales support, giving you the chance to work closely with both customers and colleagues across Sales and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of tasks, including:

Answering inbound customer and supplier calls, providing first-class support by phone and face-to-face.

Managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring smooth processing via our order-entry systems.

Acting on sales opportunities and converting enquiries into revenue.

Serving as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to maintain excellent service levels.

Collating and managing customer feedback, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.

Producing weekly overviews of customer activity, and regular sales analysis for business planning meetings.

Contributing to credit tracking through weekly updates of the credit spreadsheet.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
-
Has experience in customer service or sales (in either an office or retail environment).

Understands the consultative approach needed when representing prestige brands.
-
Has excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — with confidence in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.

Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Is proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and has some database experience.

Brings a positive, proactive mindset and a flexible, hands-on approach.
Desirable:

Experience working in consultative sales.

A background in supporting premium or prestige brands.
