GRAPHIC DESIGNER - E-COMMERCE
Permanent - Full Time
Tildenet, a leading name in gardening and horticultural products, is looking for a talented and organised Graphic Designer to join our growing team playing a key role in helping to shape and enhance our digital assets across our numerous D2C channels including the Agriframes brand in the UK & US.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, friendly and passionate team, working in a creative and fast-moving environment where your contributions can make a real impact. We are South Bristol based and while we find time working together in the office is important, there is an option to work on a hybrid basis.
The main area of responsibility for this role is ensuring our websites and marketplace channels are strongly presenting our products visually - helping to drive conversion.
Our brands are highly visual so you’ll be working with our team of copywriters, CRO specialists and marketers across our multiple websites/brands
Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging digital visuals for email campaigns, social media and website assets.

Optimising product imagery for websites and marketplaces.

Ensuring all visuals are inline with brand guidelines

Working with the marketing team to co-organise photoshoots.

Utilising AI tools to create and enhance imagery
-
Managing image libraries, ensuring all assets are fully optimised and catalogued in the correct format.

Staying up to date with industry trends - image styles, technical developments.

Ensuring projects are delivered on-time in collaboration with the broader marketing team
Core Responsibilities:
-
High proficiency in photo editing and creating digital designs within brand guidelines.

Understanding of what is required to create high quality editorial style brand imagery
-
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Experience with website backend/content management systems - Shopify experience a bonus.

Attention to detail and creative approach are fundamental.

Highly organised, ability to juggle multiple projects.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in shooting studio product and location imagery

Basic HTML/CSS coding
-
Video editing in Premiere
As part of a small, hands-on team you will be expected to take the initiative, prioritise your workload and plan in order to meet targets and deadlines.
