About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team and support the ongoing performance and optimisation of our portfolio of B2B and B2C e-commerce websites.
This is a hands-on role focused on website optimisation, technical SEO, email management and performance insight. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, product and operations you’ll play an important part in ensuring our digital platforms and communications are commercially effective and aligned with the wider business.
The role is well suited to someone developing their digital marketing career who enjoys working with detail, data and systems and who wants to build strong technical and commercial foundations in an in-house client side environment.
Key responsibilities
E-commerce website management & optimisation

Support website optimisation projects across multiple e-commerce platforms
-
Manage product and website content within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy of data, pricing, imagery and taxonomy

Carry out regular shopfront checks to ensure functionality, consistency and brand standards are maintained
SEO, metadata & technical optimisation
-
Optimise metadata including page titles, descriptions, headers and alt tags
-
Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data
-
Identify, report and support resolution of technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors and indexation problems
-
Conduct keyword and competitor research to support ongoing optimisation
Performance monitoring & reporting

Track website performance, rankings and technical health using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools

Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve visibility, engagement and conversion
Content management
-
Optimise and upload content for product pages, collections, landing pages and blogs
-
Coordinate seasonal updates, promotional content and campaign-driven changes across websites

Support PR and Communications teams with content where required
Digital channels & CRO support

Support CRO activity including A/B testing and optimisation initiatives

Assist with delivery of digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels

Support automated email flows in Klaviyo in collaboration with the Communications team
Continuous improvement

Stay up to date with SEO developments, analytics tools and digital best practice
-
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve website performance and user experience
Skills and experience
-
1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce or SEO-focused role
-
Good understanding of technical SEO, website optimisation and structured data

Experience managing content within CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress or Magento
-
Confident using analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with content and data

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and present insights

Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

A collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions
