Permatex biodegradable is a woven textile comprising a unique mix of two polymers, one biodegradable and one compostable.
Permatex biodegradable groundcover is compliant with the European standard for compostability (EN 13432): the material contains no harmful substances and is biodegradable and compostable. After 3 years of efficient weed control Permatex biodegradable will eventually break down, depending on the environmental conditions (sun, temperature, water and oxygen) and will biodegrade and convert into humus, water and CO2
